PIN Request Form

New ! A Personal Identification Number (PIN) is required fro all our new customer, to request an item from the customer portal.

PIN is delivered by our IT administrator.

Your can request your PIN Number by downloading the PIN Request form at the following url

Fill and sign the form and resend us the document by fax.
After the usual verification, you will receive your PIN Number (Usually within 24h)
For security reasons our staff may ask you to provide additional information.

Your PIN Number will be available for only 24h. After received your PIN Number you have 24h to order.

If you have not received your PIN Number after 24h please contact our staff
